A graduate of the Warsaw School of Management and an MBA from the Business University of London. He has 15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing for companies such as Unilever, Pepsi-Cola, Henkel, Cussons, and Bols-Remy. He has successfully introduced brands such as Pollena 2000, Dove, Persil, Taft, Pepsi Max, Luksja, E, Bols Vodka, Soplica Vodka, and Gallo Vines to the Polish market. Experience working with Venture Capital – Argus Capital – managing a large printing project. In 2005, he founded the company and has served as Managing Director of RITF since 2006. He has authored publications on marketing strategy for "Media i Marketing," "Życie Handlowe," and "Gazeta Handlowa." He is a statutory member of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Poland.
A graduate of the University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, she has extensive professional experience in customer service and sales, working for organizations such as Intrum Justitia and Diageo. She has developed numerous customer service and logistics procedures implemented in international organizations. She served two terms as a board member of the PIAP (Industry Chamber of Commerce). She specializes in loyalty programs and marketing procurement. She is a statutory member of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Poland.

The Foundation works to foster attitudes of tolerance and encourage positive reflection among children and young people on the diversity of other cultures and nations, as well as encouraging them to take an interest in the plight of minority groups. It develops emotions and empathy, thus teaching respect for others and counteracting discrimination. It demonstrates that people are equal regardless of skin color or religion.
Together with Omena Mensah, we take care of the foundation's promotional materials and the daily marketing support necessary for effective fundraising.
We visited the "Pomiechowskie Bezdomniaki" shelter in Pomiechówek before the holidays to share a little goodness. We brought food, blankets, litter, treats, and supplements, all to brighten up the winter months for the four-legged residents.
We would like to thank the entire shelter team for their daily work and care for the animals.
