We became a member of PSI (Promotional Product Service Institute).

We became a partner of the “Solidni w Biznesie” program, run by GJC Inter Media, organizer of the International Marketing, PR, and Advertising Days – RemaDays.

2011

Management buyout of shares from Dream Labs VC—becoming a 100% Polish-owned company. We were awarded 2nd place in the 18th edition of a competition organized by the National Labour Inspectorate.

We were recognized in the “Gazele Biznesu” ranking (2011/2012/2016/2017/2018/2023), organized by Bonnier Press Group – Puls Biznesu.

PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD, founder and main shareholder

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Management and an MBA from the Business University of London. He has 15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing for companies such as Unilever, Pepsi-Cola, Henkel, Cussons, and Bols-Remy. He has successfully introduced brands such as Pollena 2000, Dove, Persil, Taft, Pepsi Max, Luksja, E, Bols Vodka, Soplica Vodka, and Gallo Vines to the Polish market. Experience working with Venture Capital – Argus Capital – managing a large printing project. In 2005, he founded the company and has served as Managing Director of RITF since 2006. He has authored publications on marketing strategy for "Media i Marketing," "Życie Handlowe," and "Gazeta Handlowa." He is a statutory member of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Poland.

A graduate of the University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, she has extensive professional experience in customer service and sales, working for organizations such as Intrum Justitia and Diageo. She has developed numerous customer service and logistics procedures implemented in international organizations. She served two terms as a board member of the PIAP (Industry Chamber of Commerce). She specializes in loyalty programs and marketing procurement. She is a statutory member of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Poland.

The mission of IAA Poland is to shape the sustainable development of the marketing communications market. Its goal is the sustainable development of the industry – while respecting ethical principles. IAA Poland's key values ​​are transparency, inclusiveness, and collaboration. And above all, dialogue: with external partners, but also within the industry. IAA Poland is the broadest and most influential representation of the advertising industry in Poland. It is the only organization bringing together representatives of all participants in the marketing communications process: advertisers, media, media agencies, advertising agencies, research agencies, technology agencies, and others.

It speaks on behalf of the entire industry: it influences the legislative environment, promotes best practices, and disseminates knowledge about innovations and new trends through specific projects. Today, the IAA (International Advertising Association) is the most powerful representative of the marketing industry in the world, bringing together over 4,000 companies operating in 76 countries.

The organization's motto is "The global compass of marketing communications." The association aims to set the direction in which the marketing communications industry develops worldwide. Trends and the future of this industry are discussed primarily at conferences and congresses that the IAA regularly organizes for its members.
